The ideal app to be able to lose weight with low-carb food.
The app consists of four pages that can be selected by swiping (left right) and an integrated help function (operating instructions) that explains how it works.
Help can be called up from the menu under "Help".
The main page contains a calculator that takes the nutritional information of foods
- fat (in grams)
- calories (kcal)
- reference value (gr)
the point values (similar to WW FlexPoints) are calculated for a given portion (large).
The second page contains a list of over 1000 foods (including Switzerland) and the associated point values.
You can search for food names in the list by entering search terms.
In addition, the foods can be narrowed down by category.
On the third page, recipes can be selected from a list of over 300 recipes or your own recipes can be added. Your own recipes can also be published and thus made available to the users of the app.
On the fourth page there is the daily planner with profile data and the daily plan.

Changes: Fehler „ Kein Wiegealarm bei neuen Android-Versionen“ behoben.
Um bei aktuellen Android-Versionen (ab Android 13, „Tiramisu“, API-Level 33) Benachrichtigungen (Wiegealarm) senden zu können, hat uns Google gezwungen, in der App den niedrigsten API-Level von API-Level 23 (Android 6, „Marshmallow“) auf mindestens API-Level 29 (Android 10, „Quince Tart“) anzuheben.
Dadurch wird unsere App ab diesem Update nicht mehr auf Geräten mit einer Android-Version kleiner 10 installierbar sein.
